Here at 2nd Amendment Fitness we strive to make our community safer by helping people become physically fit by learning Mixed Martial Arts and participating in Firearms Training. We have morning fitness/kickboxing classes for women and MMA training in the evenings for the whole family. 

We also have a Sports Medicine based Chiropractor on staff to help resolve your aches and pains due to life, work or fitness training. His treatment methods are soft tissue focused combined with chiropractic manipulation and injury prevention rehab programs.

 We will partner with firearms instructors to help educate people on the fundamentals for every day carry and more advanced tactical training. In todays uncertain world we constantly pray for the best but ultimately we know we must prepare for the worst!
